Escape route
Fire and smoke protection are paramount considerations when setup and provision of a protected means of escape.Traditionally, the protected escape route has been along brick or concrete corridors. However, the building design
may not be suitable for permanent structural barriers.
ANLIN fire & smoke Curtains provide the escape protection, meanwhile, it retracts into the ceiling when not in use, allowing an unobstructed open area.
Elevator door
Elevator shafts are permanent compartment breaches that have the potential to spread fire and smoke vertically through a building very quickly. While most elevator doors have some degree of fire resistance, but for smoke, the sealing effect is not good. ANLIN smoke curtains provide effective smoke shield.Usually they are installed around elevator doors and invisible when retracted. After installed, it can significantly reduce smoke leaking which is in compliance with international leak requirements.
Elevatorlobby
Though ANLIN Smoke Curtains can be installed as a barrier in the front of any elevator door, this may not be suitable for a building's fire protection strategy. Sometimes it may require a protected lobby in front of a row ofelevatordoors.
Curtains can now be used if a physical fire and smoke barrier was previously required to be built. Also, when not in use, there are no physical barriers or restrictions, if a protected lobby to prevent smoke is required.
